I am so happy today.
Last night, I fell into sleep suddenly-->this means I don't know I sleep when I wake up....haha...
Today, my plans is
Treasure Island -> Bus No. 108 ->Transbay Transit Terminal -> Montgomery BART Station -> Downtown Berkeley BART Station -> University of California - Berkeley -> Downtown Berkeley BART Station -> Civic Center BART Station -> Civic Center and the Opera House -> TransAmerican Paramid -> Specialty Bakery (New Montgomery + Mission)
The Result is
Treasure Island -> Bus No. 108 ->Transbay Transit Terminal -> Montgomery BART Station -> Downtown Berkeley BART Station -> University of California - Berkeley -> Downtown Berkeley BART Station -> Civic Center BART Station -> Civic Center and the Opera House -> Westfield Shopping Center (Victoria's Secret) -> Specialty Bakery (New Montgomery + Mission)
It is a perfect day. Chuck and I went to a famous bakery to have our breakfast, and he ordered a xx salad sandwiches and I ordered a Roasted Beef Sandwiches and we shared on Beef Chili Soup in a bread bowl...and to the end, we can't finish it at all, we just have part of the soup and half of our sandwiches...
After he left for working, I went to BART to visit Berkeley. I am kinda nervous because I can't imagine what that will be. On the BART, I tried to find my MAP...God..I forgot it..I was too rush due to got up late and didn't pack my map in the morning...Then, I need my poor memory to access it...Well, it goes quite well, I arrived Berkeley before noon and I just walked in the campus, nice, and lots of students, and all the buildings, flags, people, even bicycles, are quite cool...there are some flags wrote some sentence of students, such like, I can do anything here, which is interesting...and also with the student's smile face. Really inspiring.
I see the big Life Science Building, Evan Hall, and lots of Halls...and the clock tower. Finally, I found some grass to lie down for reading. I have prepared for it!! haha...I brought "The Code Book" here to read, maybe I will become smarter suddenly...and for sure, I tried to see the class, I walked into Evan Hall, and there is a class in their Communication course, quite cool. They really have lots of blackboard in the classroom and all the professors are like magicians to tell you @#$%^ lots of theories or some xxxism, I feel great now, however, if back to 8 years ago, I really hate that...^__^
Then, I went to The University Library, a huge building again, and I also tried to experience in the library. I walked into the library and really silent..In the beginning, I think I could just find a seat to observe them, but maybe due to the noon break, lots of students are sleeping in. I just get a seat in a corner, but that is just good, I could see all of them, reading, studying, sleeping or thinking. And the seat I took is around the "Poem" area, which is really hard to understand (I tried to read, but got no sense on it)....
When I leave Berkeley, it's already 4 pm, I got to go back soon to Civic Center...
After I got Civic Center, I saw a big park, nice, and the Public Library is just located next to the park, and then, I saw the Opera House as well, and also the Asian Art Museum. It is a bit late, and I tried to walk back to Montgomery....but..on the way, I saw lots of homeless people who dare on me, I don't even know where my eyeballs should focus, and I need to pretend I am calm or I am not a tourist (but it is not convincing at all due to I take my phone camera, -__-!!! I thought it when I writing this article)..and it was not close at all (I asked a police who said just few blocks)....and I saw the Westfield Shopping Center, I tried to find "Bath and Body Works"..but I saw Victoria's Secret first...wahaha....so...I bought some "products"..and then...rush!! need to go back to see Chuck....
